Turn Around Time and Details
Two of our Eagle Shop Techs will be away preparing and competing in the Red Bull X-Alps. This means we have One person handling Laser Trim Tuning and Inspections instead of three people. Laser Trim Tuning now has a 3-4 week turn around time. Inspections, and Reserve Repacks have ave a 3 week turnaround time. All Fabric repairs and line orders will have a 14-21 day turnaround time. For Mailed Line orders, the customer provides the line lengths(under a 5KG load) in Millimeters, identifies the specific line materials, shares the desired line color(no guarantees we can match colors),You must complete the Eagle Paragliding WaiverPLEASE SHIP UPS and AVOID USING FEDEX AND REQUIRING A SIGNATURE OR YOUR SERVICE MAY BE DELAYED. Do you understand we want you to include a note with your name in your shipment? Please protect your equipment with a piece of cardboard at the top of the box before closing it. Imagine a blade piercing the tape and cardboard to open the box. Your wing, harness, reserve may be sliced if you don't put an extra piece of cardboard on the top of the box before closing it. The image below shows an unprotected wing. An extra piece of cardboard should be placed at the top of the box where we see the glider material in order to protect the wing from being cut when the blade opens the box.
