Alcohol Vendor Event Pre-qualification
To develop a relationship of transparency and fairness for Downtown Members and the Association that runs both efficiently and smoothly for all related stakeholders.
Throughout the Downtown Association 2019 events season there will be multiple opportunities to sell any variety of drinks - wine, beer, draft beer, & mixed drinks (no glass serving cups - alcohol containers such as bottles acceptable). Note: Every alcohol vendor must obtain the appropriate AGCO permits and every Alcohol vendor must possess a current Ontario Business Licence.
Below is the list of 2019 events, please indicate which you are interested in applying for.
June 1st - WORLDS LARGEST GARAGE SALE (0-1000 attendance)
June 28th - POUTINE FEAST (1000+ attendance)
July 18th - DOWNTOWN STREET PARTY #1 - LOCATION 1 (Pim - East St) (1000+ attendance)
July 18th - DOWNTOWN STREET PARTY #1 - LOCATION 2 (East - Brock St) (1000+ attendance)
July 18th - DOWNTOWN STREET PARTY #1 - LOCATION 3 (Brock - Spring St) (1000+ attendance)
Aug 8th - DOWNTOWN STREET PARTY #2 - LOCATION 1 (Spring - Elgin St) (1000+ attendance)
Aug 8th - DOWNTOWN STREET PARTY #2 - LOCATION 2 (Elgin - Bruce St) (1000+ attendance)
Aug 8th - DOWNTOWN STREET PARTY #2 - LOCATION 3 (Bruce - Dennis St) (1000+ attendance)
Sept TBD - GREYHOUND SEASON OPENER (0-1000 attendance)
Oct 26 - HALLOWEEN ON QUEEN (0-2 opportunities) (0-1000 attendance)
Nov 21 - MOONLIGHT MAGIC (3 opportunities) (1000+ attendance)
