For finding out what and how much flora can support we need some basic informations about your project / event. To keep it as easy as possible for you and us we ask you to fill out this google form. 
Once we received your submission we will discuss about it within the board of the association and come back to you with our decision or further questions.

(its okay if its not finalised, you can also send us your 3 favourite names for now;)
Please be aware that the name "Bloom" is kind of reserved and mainly not available for other projects - feel free to request to use the name with a description why you want to use. (the "Bloom" has specific gathering boundaries that we wish to stick to)

For easy and clear communication between flora and your project we need ONE contact person that is part of the team organization / working on your project. 
6. Do you wish to use the flora finance structures for the finances of your project?  *
7. What is your proposal on how to deal if your project doesn't cover its own costs in the end?  *
8. To which vision(s) of flora is your project connected?  *
9. Do you agree to offer you event according the values of flora?  *
