The agenda is closed one week prior to the meeting, so you may be bumped to the following meeting if time does not allow or you submit this form after the agenda is closed. Submitting this form does not guarantee you a place on the agenda. You will be notified by the President (or other Board Officer) once you have been confirmed on the agenda.
