This form is for requesting changes to the classification of public apps in the App Store taxonomy.  Our taxonomy assigns apps to a group based on the the core functionality of the app. DO NOT request changes to Collections.
Requests for changes are granted on an individual basis and only under specific circumstances.

Please note: once a request has been received and an app has been reviewed, we will not review that app again until all other requests have been processed.

ALSO NOTE: Provided email MUST match an email listed as a member of the partner organization with permission to request these changes. If email does not meet this criteria, we are not able to proceed with the request.
