Before you get started please note the following:

We highly recommend consulting the OFFICIAL GUIDANCE DOCUMENT for categories and criteria before you start your entry.
This entry form will accept responses in a "one-at-a-time" style. You will be prompted to pay for each entry separately at the end of the submission. Please note that entries will not be considered until payment has been completed.
In general, SPJ Louisville strongly prefers submissions via a link to work hosted by the news organization rather than a file upload. (This saves on time and cost and, in many cases, allows judges to experience your work it's native format.) Please prepare to publicly host your files if needed. Google Drive, DocumentCloud, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive and Amazon Drive are great free options you may want to explore if needed.
In some cases, judges may need the ability to access your work behind a paywall. Please consider generating "gift URLs" if possible or creating temporary login credentials for judges. You can email login instructions to spjlouisvillepro@gmail.com -- we will only use them for the purpose of judging your entries.
News organizations: If you wish to pay for entries all at once, please complete the form as many times as needed and then email spjlouisvillepro@gmail.com for an itemized invoice. Your entries will be received, but not considered until the invoice is paid off.

News organizations, please help SPJ by establishing a uniform naming convention to use for your publishing outlet. For example, "Courier Journal," "WHAS 11," "Spectrum News 1," etc. It will help us organize for judging if journalists for your outlet all use the same naming convention.
