SWATT State & Local Integration: Help coordinate and shape the regional SWATT framework to strengthen collaboration among business service providers and drive workforce system alignment.
SWATT Professional Development & Training: Support the development of a statewide Unified Business Services training model, including standardized resources and a train-the-trainer approach.
Employer Engagement: Contribute to creating statewide standards for employer engagement—such as a shared needs assessment tool, workforce planning templates, and a framework for streamlined relationship management.
