In order to create a successful event experience for vendors and the public, FCP reserves the right to exclude vendors due to space availability, type of products, number of vendors per category and/or non-payment of fees prior to event. THE BIG PICTURE
The Flemington Community Partnership invites vendors, artisans, restaurants and local growers to participate in the Flemington Corn, Tomato & Beer Festival. The festival features food vendors, beer garden, live music, kid's zone, food concessions, craft demonstrations and more. This event also showcases Flemington as the Corn and Tomato Capital of the USA.
ATTENDEES
We project at least 5,000 attendees (last year‘s event drew 10,000)--heavily local and many from out of the area. Foodies, beer-lovers and families comprise our target audiences. The Flemington Community Partnership and its many strategic partners will be heavily marketing and promoting this event throughout the tri-state region. Of note, the Bucks County Herald, a major media partner, has already committed to featuring the Festival as a cover story for the Summer Guide to Flemington.
VENDOR SPACE
Each vendor will be given a 10’ x 10’ space to set up their booth/displays, which may include your pop-up tent, awning, table and chairs, displays/decor, signage, and wares. Please note that electricity will NOT be available. Vendor spaces will be assigned and communicated to the vendor upon arrival on event day.
SET-UP AND BREAK DOWN
Vendors will have access for setting up starting at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 11:30 a.m. sharp, when vehicles must be cleared from the Festival grounds of Stangl Road. Vendors may not break down until 8:00 p.m. (when the grounds reopen to vehicular traffic).
VENDOR FEES
Each 10x10 space is $50; there will be no discounts for multiple spaces. Additional fees and forms may be required for food & beverage vendors. See the vendor application for details. Note: Vendor fees are waived for Flemington Borough Stakeholders.
