Deadline for Registration is Thursday, Jan. 31, at 4 p.m.
The cost is $20 per student, advisers are free, and includes lunch in the Danna Center and a conference T-shirt. Checks should be made payable to "Loyola University" and brought to the conference registration table in the lobby of Nunemaker Auditorium on the 3rd Floor of Monroe Hall from 8:30 a.m. - 9:20 a.m. on the day of the conference, Thursday. Feb. 7th. We will accept cash.
The conference will begin at 9:20 a.m. in Nunemaker Auditorium on the 3rd floor of Monroe Hall.
Please account for each student and adviser that will be attending the conference to get an accurate count for lunch, T-shirts and space requirements. We will follow up with an email to the adviser to get T-shirt sizes. If you DO NOT receive a followup email within two business days, please email email@example.com to confirm your reservation.
The conference will be held primarily in Loyola's Danna Student Center, Communication and Music Complex and Monroe Hall. Free parking is available in Loyola's West Road parking garage on floors 4 - 7. Parking restrictions in the garage on floors 4 - 7 will be lifted but make sure to avoid reserved spots. There is no on-site parking for buses, but there will be a student drop off area near the Communication and Music Complex Building at the corner of Calhoun St and St. Charles Ave.
