📋 COMMISSION INFO:
  • I 📹stream my commission work, and my 📅visual schedule reflects what I plan to work on each day, not necessarily the day I plan to finish a piece.
  • Please make sure you're familiar with my 📜Will's and Wont's content list to save us both some time!
  • 🎁Patreon supporters get priority access to commission slots and get first notice about upcoming openings or schedule changes, so consider joining on the $2 tier if you'd like to have first dibs! You'll be able to say below if you're a current or past patron.
  • ✏️Sketch and 🎨Speedpaint commission slots are open on a weekly basis, as I'll be working on those on stream at the beginning of each work day! They can be completed in under 2 weeks.
  • For my high commission tiers (📺TV Cel, 🎬Movie Cel, 📖Pinup, 👥Refsheet, or 🗣️PNGtuber), my turnaround time for new commissions is 10 weeks from the date of payment, to give myself time to work through my existing commission queue. I'll begin working on them on that promised date, and finish up within 1-3 streams depending on complexity.
  • I've also got 📘Your-Character-Here slots open, check out the form for YCH's currently in rotation if you'd like something a little cheaper than my full commission prices! (Patrons also get first dibs on YCH slots)
 🔖 DISCOUNT INFO:
  • 🎞️ Sequence Discount - If you'd like to get a sequence of 2 or more connected images that tell a story, I'll take 10% off each additional part after the 1st! This discount also applies to continuing past pieces you've gotten from me. You can also use this to commission a continuations of original art I've done, or if you get permission from the original commissioner, you can commission me to add a follow-up to other pieces with this discount! (Part 1 is regular price, parts 2, 3, or 4 would be 10% off. Limit of 4 parts can be commissioned at a time, but I'll extend the discount to future parts when the original 4 are complete. Applies before any other discounts.)
  • 📇 OC Discount - Commissions with characters I designed, whether adopts I've sold or original characters of mine (as long as I'm into the idea) also get an extra 5% discount off the total! So if you'd like to commission me to draw one of my own characters, or want to get a character of mine to cameo in a piece with yours, drop a link to a piece of theirs you like in the Art Prompt, or hit me up and I'll let you know if I'm into it! (Applies after Sequence discount.)
  • 🎫 Theme Discount - Prompts that line up with my currently theme get an extra 5% discount off the subtotal! (Applies after Sequence and OC discounts.)
  • 💡 Artistic Freedom Discount - Put "artistic freedom" in the prompt & I'll give an extra 5% discount off the subtotal! You can give a couple favorite themes of yours if you like (i.e. "breast expansion", "weight gain" etc, or check the current Theme Discount box to combine discounts! I'll skip the rough sketch stage and just send an invoice & schedule the slot, but if I have any ideas in mind I may offer a description for feedback. (Applies after Sequence, OC, and Theme discounts.)
  • 📆 Schedule Discount - If you're okay with adding an extra 2 weeks to the turnaround time, I'll add a 10% discount! (Applies after Sequence, OC, Theme, and Artistic Freedom discounts.)
  • 🎈 Patreon Discount - Patrons on the $10 tier or higher also get a 10% discount on the final price! (Applies after Sequence, OC, Theme, Artistic Freedom, and Schedule discounts.)

👥 CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEET(S) + CHARACTER NAME & PRONOUNS *
Please link to one main reference image per character for me to treat as my primary reference for them, and let me know the character's name and pronouns if they aren't on the ref image!
  • If you have more reference images you can provide them below in the Additional References section with notes about what I should be pulling from each image, like if some details may have changed from an older ref sheet.
  • Please do not use Discord attachment links, as they rarely work and I'll just have to ask you for the reference image again elsewhere. You can always use free image upload services like Imgur.
🗣️ ADDITIONAL REFERENCES / KEY DETAILS
(Optional) Feel free provide extra character references or to explain important details about a character's design.
  • For example, if some details may have changed from an older ref sheet, or if you want to give me options for different forms they may take, or to describe any other key character details about them that might be helpful for me, such as any accessories that are important to their backstory that should be carried over even if they're wearing a different outfit.  
  • You can also link me to an image gallery of a character if you've got one, I like to glance over other art of them to get an idea of their vibe or what your tastes might be like (especially if I'm given artistic freedom in the Prompt section below)
🎫 THEME DISCOUNT: 🍑BOOTY GAINS🍑
(Optional) I've got fat asses on the brain... so I'll give a 5% discount to any commissions that focus on the intersection of weight gain + butts! (Any genders!) Hips and thighs fall under this too, i'm also a huge sucker for the view from the front 😍

A few example prompts:
- finding a pair of pants or underwear have gotten too tight at an inconvenient time (i.e. right before work)
- having trouble finding pants that fit in a clothing store changing room
- Starting on new meds and all the weight gain goes to their ass
- Tracking butt growth with measuring tape & charts
- Weightlifting for a squat booty (and bulking super hard in the process!)
- Taking up most of a couch with ass meat, much to friend's / partner's chagrin
- Having trouble fitting into a seat on a plane, train, automobile, roller coaster, etc
- Gainer specifically gorging themself to get a bigger ass
- trying shady lotions & creams that specifically cause butt expansion
- You can also give me a little info about your character(s) tastes, favorite foods, hobbies, etc and i'll craft a butt-focused weight gain scenario around it!

  • If there's a particular piece I've done that you liked, or work by another artist you'd like me to use as an example, feel free to link to it!
  • Specifics are welcome, just bear in mind if things gets too complex or if it requires a lot of reading I might need to charge a little extra for a complexity fee to be sure I can get it all in there.
  • If you have multiple reference images to link to in the prompt, please be sure to provide notes next to each link to describe what I should pay attention to about each reference.
  • Feel free to provide an image link if you have a little MS Paint scribble, stick figure drawing, whatever if you have a vision in mind already, I love working around those!
  • If you're down for whatever I'd like to do with the character you can just write "artistic freedom" for a 5% discount! (If you do give me artistic freedom, I just like it when I can see a gallery of other art of the character, or a gallery of your favorites so I can get an idea of where your tastes will overlap with mine.)

Please also provide at least one backup contact in case I have issues reaching you on your preferred. (You can provide more than one contact above if you don't care which I use, I just want to make sure I have at least two contact methods.)
⌚ STREAM TIME PREFERENCE
(Optional) You can let me know what time of day you're generally able to watch as I work on your commission. I remove dates from this list when they're filled every day or so.

If you're getting a ✏️Sketch or 🎨Speedpaint tier commission, you can pick a day listed here and times of day that work for you, and I'll schedule a session to do your entire speedpaint on stream!

For other tiers that require more than one session (📺TV, 🎬Movie Cel, 👥Refsheet, etc) I can try to schedule stream sessions to work on your piece during times you've selected here, though I can't always guarantee it since I may want to work on a piece when I'm feeling it. I also save my stream recordings and timelapse videos, so I'll nearly always be able to provide stream recordings if you like (as long as you don't mind big files, like >2GB)
📅 TURNAROUND TIME (+ SCHEDULE DISCOUNT OPTION)
(Optional) I'm currently scheduling all of my commissions on higher tiers (except for Speedpaint) with a 10-week turnaround time from the date the invoice is paid. I'll confirm the projected completion date with you when I send a rough, and upon payment I'll send you a link to the card on my Trello schedule here: http://bit.ly/jimbotvguide

If you're okay with waiting a little longer than that and check the 📅Schedule Discount box below, I'll push the completion date back to 12 weeks and apply a 10% discount (or for 🎨Speedpaints, I'll pick a date & time 2-3 weeks out based on your preferences.)

🎁 GIFT COMMISSION?
(Optional) Is this commission a gift for someone? If so:
- Do you have a date it needs to be completed by?
- Which character(s) belong to you, and which to the gift recipient?
- Would you like for it to be a surprise for them?
- Do you want to be the first to post it for them, or should I be the first to post it?
- Any other gift details that would be helpful for me to keep in mind for the recipient.

Please also make sure the recipient is okay with receiving gift art, and if it's fetishy / NSFW content, that they're okay with that kind of subject matter with their characters!
⌚ COMPLETION DATE / RUSH FEE?
(Optional) If you have any other info I might need to know about the completion date, you can say so here! Please let me know if you have any deadlines or date it needs to be done by, such as if it's a gift for someone's birthday or another special occasion, or like if you're getting a ref sheet to show artists at an upcoming convention.

If you want a commission to be completed earlier than my current ~10 week turnaround time, I can add a negotiable rush fee of between 10%-50% of the total cost, depending on commission tier and speed.
🔒 PRIVATE COMMISSION FEE?
(Optional) If you'd like for me to refrain from posting your commission to my galleries, streaming my work on it, or including it in my annual artpack collections, I can designate a commission as Private for a fee equivalent to 10% of the total cost of the commission, after all other discounts and fees have been added. 
  • Depending on the subject matter of the commission (i.e. dark themes), I may require that a private fee be paid in order to accept a commission if I know I won't that I won't post it publicly.
  • If you change your mind about privacy later after initial payment, I reserve the right to charge the fee, or to hold onto a fee already paid.
  • You can always request to remain anonymous and allow me to post the piece in the "Account to Tag" section below, btw.

Are you currently a member of my Patreon? I prioritize patrons if I get multiple requests for the same time slot, with supporters on the $10 tier or higher getting top priority as well as a 10% discount off commission prices! (The discount applies if you've been on my $10 tier or higher in the past as well, since I rarely gave chances for patrons to use their discounts outside of adopts for a while.)

If you're active on multiple sites, please provide the name for each one that you'd like to be tagged on so I can tag the correct one on each site! (I.e. bsky: jimbohusky.bsky.social, FA: jimbohusky, tumblr: jimbohusky, etc) You can also specify if you prefer I just name you (i.e. just Jimbo, no links or tags), or if you prefer to be referred to as anonymous.
📜 PROCESS & TERMS OF SERVICE

AFTER SUBMISSION
  • I'll try to touch base with you within 48 hours to confirm I received your form and plan to get a rough sketch together, or to ask any questions I might have first. (If you don't hear from me within 48 hours I'm probably just extra scatterbrained that day, feel free to poke me from your preferred communication method.)
  • Once I've got a clear idea, I'll send you a small rough sketch preview of what I'm picturing for it, along with a target completion date on my schedule, and a Paypal invoice to the address provided above. (Except for Sketch commissions, I skip the rough sketch for those and just confirm a completion time and send an invoice.)
  • Commissions won't be put into my work schedule until the invoice is paid, and I generally expect immediate payment, so please be ready to pay upon submitting a form! 
  • I don't offer payment plans, but I'm pretty sure most Paypal users will have a "Pay in 4" type of option available in the list of payment methods.
  • If I've sent a rough sketch but either an agreement hasn't been reached for a delayed invoice payment, or if I don't hear back from you within 48 hours after sending the rough, I'll free that slot up on my schedule up and will consider the commission canceled, and reserve the right to recycle the unused rough sketch as a YCH.
  • Once payment has been received, I'll lock it in for that completion date and send you a link to the card on my Trello schedule, and i'll contact you with a WIP snapshot whenever I make some partial progress updates, or if I have any other questions before finishing it up!

EDITS & CORRECTIONS
  • My commission tier prices are based on time estimates of approximately $50 per hour. Any requests for edits may count as part of the timeslot unless I state otherwise, so be prepared for a less polished piece if a lot of changes are requested as I work.
  • If requested changes would require extra time beyond my time estimate, I reserve the right to require payment for additional time before continuing on the piece, and if I can't fit it into the same day then scheduling for another time slot may be necessary at the next available date. I'll always warn the client if a requested change would need additional time added to give them the option of whether to commit to it or keep the piece as is.
  • If I make a mistake or miss a key detail that is clearly stated in the initial commission prompt, please let me know and I'll happily make the corrections free of charge, though I may need further clarification before continuing with corrections and may need to schedule a different time to work on it depending on time of day.

SCHEDULING
  • Visual schedule can be found at bit.ly/jimbotvguide. sometimes need to warm up at the beginning of the day, or might get held up while running errands before I settle down to work, but I'll notify anyone with upcoming slots if their time needs to be changed and offer to reschedule if my being late causes any issue.
  • If you need to cancel your commission, I'll provide a full refund if I haven't made any progress, and a proportionate refund depending on how much progress was made. If I already did a rough sketch but feel that I may be able to recycle it as a YCH, I'll provide a full refund and recoup the cost of my labor by reselling it 

UPON COMPLETION
  • You'll receive a Dropbox folder link for a folder containing a full-resolution file of the finished art (labeled hi-res), as well as a few smaller files that fit upload filesize limits and with or without captions (labeled web-res, filter, and/or caption)  Please make sure to use the "download" links, rather than just saving the lower quality browser preview image.
  • Whenever available, I'll also provide a 60-second 1080p timelapse video exported by Clip Studio Paint and included in the Dropbox folder.
  • I may also post the WIPs, hi-res version and timelapse video to my Patreon, or include them in future artpacks.
  • If you ever lose track of the link or files just let me know, I keep an exhaustive archive of all my past work!
  • You're free to post the completed image on your end whenever and wherever you like! Just please tag me in the description, as that's one of the best ways for me to find new commission work! No need to wait up for me to post it, as I sometimes may take a few days to space out my art posts a little, especially if I've drawn several things with a similar theme back to back.
  • Upon request, if you're getting a sketch commission, I can provide a raw lineart file without filters if you'd like to color it yourself or get another artist to color it. Per my TOS, I just request I be credited for the original lineart in the description if space permits when it gets posted, and require that my logo insignia be kept somewhere in the image (such as next to the colorist's watermark, like in this combined watermark example.

If I'm interested in your submission and don't need any clarification, I'll whip up a rough sketch preview (except for Sketch tier) to send to you on your preferred communication.

Once you confirm I can proceed with that rough, I'll go ahead and send you an invoice via Str/pe (censored to avoid getting flagged), due upon receipt (so please be ready to pay when you submit a form!) If we've worked together before and/or the prompt seems pretty straightforward, I may go ahead and send the invoice along with the rough to save time.
