West-MEC 8-12th Grade Tour Request Form

Complete the form to request a tour with us! A recruiter will contact you using the email you've provided.

Tours are ONLY available on weekdays.

To limit disruption to student learning, tours are scheduled outside of West-MEC class time.

High School Tours: Please request your tour with at least one month notice for your desired date. A recruiter will reach out regarding your request. Tour groups are limited to 30 students.

Middle School Tours ONLY: Please note that we cannot accommodate groups larger than 60 students at one time. Groups larger than 60 students will need to be split into multiple tour times or multiple days. Tours are tentative until confirmed by both parties. Once your tour has been scheduled, we will set up a virtual meeting with you to answer any questions and go over further tour details.

8th grade Elementary tours are only offered during the Spring semester.
West-MEC tours are only ONE hour long.
Buses are requested to remain at West-MEC for the duration of the tour.
Tour groups may not eat lunch at West-MEC. Please plan accordingly.
K-7th grade groups can request recruiters for a classroom presentation or career day through our Request a Recruiter form.

Open House Events:

We encourage interested students & families to attend Open Houses coming up in the Fall for all of our campuses and their programs. These events are a great opportunity to meet instructors, tour the labs, and hear directly from current students. Click here to view the 2026 Open House details!

Tour Locations and Times:

Northwest Campus (13201 W Grand Ave, Surprise, AZ 85374) are offered at 10:30am

Southwest Campus (500 N. Verrado Way, Buckeye, AZ 85326) are offered at 9:45am

Northeast Campus (1617 W Williams Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85027) are offered at 9:45am

Central Campus (6997 N Glen Harbor Blvd, Glendale, AZ 85307) are offered at 9:45am

West-MEC Career Academy @ Agua Fria (920 N Dysart Rd Avondale, AZ 85323) are offered at 9:45am

Southeast Campus (3300 N 93rd Phoenix, AZ 85037) are offered at 9:45am
