In order to help Bishop David arrive properly prepared for his visit please provide the following information.  It is assumed that he will be the celebrant and preacher, unless you have arranged otherwise with Cheryl.  

If the Bishop is coming for Confirmation he wishes to meet with the candidates prior to the service.  Incumbents are welcome to require candidates to write Bishop David a letter in advance, but it is up to the incumbent.
