TCI training provides participants with lecture, role-playing, and hands-on techniques to deal with crisis situations in school. The techniques include deescalation of the crisis situation using verbal, physical, and restrictive interventions. The participants are also taught personal safety techniques. This is a refresher course to retain your TCI certification.
