Facility Request Form for Y.O.U. Space
Organizations may request the use of our facilities during normal business hours (M-F 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Please review our reservation guidelines before filling out this request form. Room-specific details can be located on the About page of our website under Room Rentals.

Y.O.U.'s Parking Lot is located at 1623 Dodge Ave, Evanston, IL 60201 with the entrance off Church Street.

Reservation Guidelines
  • Y.O.U. Nonprofit Partners may use our space at no cost except the kitchen.
  • Y.O.U. Nonprofit Partner events should benefit the community, especially the surrounding neighborhood.
  • No political events are permitted.
  • Reservations should be made during business hours (M-F 9 am-5 pm), UNLESS alternate accommodations can be arranged.
  • All users must agree to clean the space after each use or be charged a cleaning fee.  No exceptions.

A Certificate of Liability naming Youth & Opportunity United, Inc. as an additional insured for the day of your event is required. With liability limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate and a waiver of subrogation.
