Thank you for considering becoming a liturgical minister. This information will allow our Ministry Scheduling Pro(MSP) software to provide your assignments on a quarterly basis AFTER you have been trained and approved by the a Team Leader and the pastoral staff.

Overall Ministry Guidelines:
* Lectors & EMHC volunteers must be confirmed, practicing Catholic between 16 and 80 with no compromising sacramental nor health conditions and the ability to walk the aisles and steps. Hospitality ministers do not need to be confirmed prior to volunteering
* Volunteers arrive 25 minutes before Mass and remain 15 minutes after Mass. Check in inside the sacristy, sign in on MSP ipad, and connect with team leader as soon as possible
* Volunteers must be able to receive and respond to emails from MSP or use the MSP Pro app to VIEW and ACCEPT open assignments sent out Tuesday before the weekend
Special Guidelines:
* Lectors will prayerfully review and prepare all mass readings during the week and prior to mass, in case of last minute no shows
* Eucharistic Ministers of Holy Communion(EMHC) arrive 20 minutes before mass and assist Hospitality Ministers to welcome parishioners at the doors of the church
* EMHC to the sick must be fingerprinted and safety trained prior to delivering communion and must pick up hosts at mass on the day of delivery
