This Assistant Principal Fellowship program offered  through ELI provides a unique opportunity for APs to enhance their leadership skills, address work-life balance challenges, and prepare for future career advancement. Through a blend of in-person retreats, ongoing mentorship, and professional development, the program supports APs in developing essential competencies such as effective delegation, visionary thinking, and self-care strategies. The program aims to cultivate distinguished leaders who can effectively lead their schools and support student success.
