– Individual and Family Health –
The program’s objective is for participants to be their whole selves while learning with and from one another and forging new, lasting, productive and healthy relationships through supportive connections, recreational activities, workshops, support groups, and other services and resources.
LGBTQ Couples Master Class Workshop
This workshop is designed to help guide participants in analyzing factors that contribute to healthy relationships and to identify and correct characteristics associated with conflicted relationships.  Participants will: learn strategies for maintaining a healthy relationship; learn to speak in one another’s love language; improve communication and conflict resolution skills; and discuss family roles and systems.

LGBTQ Foster Care and Foster-to-Adopt Workshop

Informative session about foster care and adoption within the foster care system. Discussion about what goes into becoming and serving as a foster or adoptive family within that system, including a particular emphasis on LGBTQ challenges and resources. We’ll try to answer all your questions and equip you with the tools you need to decide if fostering/adoption would be a fit for you and your family!

– Healthy Intimacy and Sexuality –
Sex in general has been mostly behind closed doors, and we’re not attempting to change that. But talking about sex, sexuality, and a whole host of other hot topics shouldn’t be a taboo. 

These workshops are designed to remove the covers of shame often associated with LGBTQ+ sexuality. A positive view of sexuality and constructive sexual narrative can aid with stronger individual identity, deeper self-actualization, and healthy relationships.

Healthy Boundaries Workshop

An informative workshop that will focus on sexual communication and boundaries and provide tips and tools to help navigate conversations around sex. We will talk about getting in touch with what understanding you want, where your limits are, and how to share that with your partner, partners, or potential partners.

An information session and discussion on Bi+ Identities. Individuals who are attracted to more than one gender make up the majority of the LGBT+ population, yet have been erased and underrepresented. We will discuss Bi+ sexuality, stereotypes, diversity within the Bi+ community, and ways to access support.
