Cerro Vista Apartment/Suite Inventory
Inventory Completion and End of Year Damages
You must complete and submit an Apartment/Suite Condition Inventory (ACI) within three (3) days of occupancy. Reporting any pre-existing damage in the apartment/suite room and/or common area is the only way to avoid being held financially accountable for damage found at the end of occupancy.
You will be charged for any problems noted by the inspection team upon move-out which you did not identify and record on this ACI. For this reason, you should take the time to fill out this form and submit it within three (3) days of taking occupancy. Each resident in an apartment or suite should fill out a separate report for his or her individual bedroom and bathroom, but not all residents must complete an assessment of the common area.
If this report is not returned within three (3) days of occupancy, you may be held responsible for any damages found upon move-out.
This form is an inventory of the current condition of your apartment/suite and is used only for our records.
If any item requires immediate repair because it is not functioning, broken, or a potential health or safety issue, submit a Maintenance Request using the Service Requestor on your
portal, Housing tab, or by calling (805)756-1587.
Please initial here to indicate you have read the above statements regarding inventory completion, damages, and maintenance requests.
