Circular Carbon Capital Index - Nomination Survey
The Circular Carbon Network (CCN) is a non-profit initiative of the XPRIZE Foundation that connects the global community of leaders working to transform waste CO2 into a valuable asset for society. Our core mission is to catalyze more investment and commercial activity in this emerging sector to help accelerate its growth and realize its full, economic and climate potential.
In 2019, we launched the Circular Carbon Company Index, the world's largest public database of emerging technology companies working in this sector. We also launched the Circular Carbon Deal Hub to showcase live company and project investment opportunities to accredited investors.
In 2020, we launched a Capital Index specifically focused on the broad spectrum of different CAPITAL PROVIDERS who are beginning to or are considering deploying capital into the circular carbon sector.
Our goal is to help capital providers like you to more efficiently identify potential co-investors and follow on investors who share your interests as well as to help entrepreneurs better identify well-matched potential capital providers in a more informed way (providing you, in turn, better deal flow). As with any new investment category, more connectivity and better data facilitates smarter capital flow.
The questions in this survey ask about your organization's general approach to deploying capital, with a particular emphasis on the overlapping, but different lenses of Clean Technology, Carbontech, and Carbon Removal, which we will define below and are the core focus of our activities at CCN.
Only members of CCN (other capital providers, corporates, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders in the Circular Carbon sector) will have access to the data you provide below. Because of the mutual benefits for you and the sector (and ultimately, the climate) of having more information about who is deploying capital into these climate solutions, we strongly encourage you to share as much data about your organization and its investment focus areas as possible. However, please feel free to skip any questions you would prefer not to answer.
We thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
