2025 OSAA Track Volunteer Registration
Thank you for taking time to register as a volunteer for the 2025 OSAA / OnPoint Community Credit Union Track and Field State Championships! Volunteers will be assigned shifts based as closely as possible on the preferences provided during this registration process. Volunteers who commit to the minimum shift receive a ticket good for all days of the event, their choice of either a Championships hat or t-shirt (as available), and one meal per shift (lunch and/or dinner) depending on the time and day of their assigned shift.

Volunteers should take the time to review the meet schedule before completing this registration.  Volunteer shifts are on a first come - first served basis therefore we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Please note: this form is not intended for those scheduled to work by a head official. Please work with them directly to assign your shift.

The meet will be May 29-31 at Hayward Field.

Tentative Meet schedule is posted here: 2025 TENTATIVE Schedule.

Thank you for taking time to volunteer - it is greatly appreciated.
