We are excited to have you join us as a member of the Aurora Education Association. Please complete the following form to join. If you have any questions, please ask your building representative or call us at 303-696-6265.

I want to join my fellow employees and become a member of the Aurora Education Association (AEA), the Colorado Education Association (CEA), and the National Education Association (NEA). I hereby request and voluntarily accept membership in these associations, and agree to abide by the Constitution and Bylaws of all three associations

Licensed Dues for the 2026/2027 school year are as follows:

Full time educator- $96.02 per month
Part time educator- 50.10 per month
First year educator- $76.02 per month*

* CEA offers reduced dues for licensed/ certified educators joining in their 1st year in a district with an NEA affiliate.

Classified (Education Support Professional) Dues for the 2026-2027 school year are still being calcuated and checked with NEA. Standard dues are about $39 per month, however we offer discounted dues rates during the first year as a union. The estimated discounted dues rates are below. These are subject to change pending final check by CEA and NEA.
