1. Light Up Together Lantern Painting Contest (Event) is hosted by Hap Seng Land (Organiser) and will be held at the AKASA Sales Gallery [https://goo.gl/maps/M2AeigBoKD32] (Venue) on 28 October 2017 (Date) at 5:00pm

2. Categories:
Category A. 8-12 years old*
Category B. 7 years old and below*
*As of 21 October 2017

3. This is a Lantern Painting Contest.
- You may use water/poster colour, crayons, magic colour, colour pencils or any form of colouring materials.
- Participants may add elements into your work (provided by the organiser) based on individual creativity.
- You need to bring along your own colouring materials, desk, colouring boards etc
- You are not allowed to create "add-on" decoratives from home or use any ready made decorative items like buttons, ribbons, stickers, pins etc.

4. Time allowed is 1.5 hours for Category A and 1 hour for Category B

5. You will be given a white paper lantern (20cm)

6. Judging will be based on originality, artistic merit and expression of the theme. Judge’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organiser reserves the rights to alter any terms and conditions without prior notice

7. Prizes are as follows (per category)
Champion RM 200 worth of cash & prizes
1st Runner-Up RM100 worth of cash & prizes
2nd Runner-Up RM 50 worth of cash & prizes
2 consolation prizes worth RM 30 each
