Coming Together Vic West
Times like these require us to find different ways of supporting each other. While we can't gather in-person as we once did, we can still come together to help each other out while maintaining the Provincial Health Authority Guidelines for reducing the spread of the novel Coronavirus.
This form is an initiative of the Vic West Community Association (VWCA) to help connect people who can provide assistance with those who may need it. We're glad you're here: it's a rapidly changing and emergent work in progress.
IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE: Email
with a description of your situation and needs. We will happily do what we can to organize support for your home. We ask that you request support through email rather than this form so that we can keep requests and offers separate. All requests for support sent to this email address will be kept confidential except to those providing support.
IF YOU CAN OFFER ASSISTANCE: Please fill out the form, checking off the supports that you have the capacity to provide. You will then be added to a list that will be used by Vic West Community Association staff and volunteers to help connect offers of assistance with those in our community who need help most. If at any time, you would like to remove your name from our contact list, please email

Do you have the capacity to be a neighbourhood point person? This means you’d help assign people to tasks, take on the responsibility of reaching out to your close neighbours, coordinating a neighbourhood group chat or phone tree, and staying in touch with the other point people for resource sharing.
Yes! Send me more info!
Are there any other supports that you think we should include on the list above?
Please feel free to share any thoughts, concerns, ideas, anxieties, hopes, etc. here
