Proposal Requirements / Limitations
* All code written will be released as open source.
* While being developed a private repo is ok as long as the ethoLABS team has access to it.
* All written code much be well documented and use common coding standards (variable name, function names, etc).
* Funding will be released as seed, by milestones, or monthly depending on what the project requires.
* The amount of funding will be determined by the ethoLABS team.
* Funding can be withdrawn at any time due to no progress, no communication with ethoLABS team, funding shortfalls, etc
* If you are unable to complete the project the ethoLABS team may assign it to another developer or release what has been completed as Open Source.
