You are the future of Irvine Talks.
Irvine Talks has been created and curated by high school students, and it's time we found next year's board. While hundreds of students contribute to Irvine Talks, as production team members or contributing artists, only a handful of students make up the board. Among individual responsibilities, they collaborate to come up with next year's theme and vision. Currently, we are looking for dedicated, passionate students. The spots available are as follows:
Events Chairs (2)
Publicity Coordinators (2)
Irvine Talks is a serious time commitment. Throughout the year, you will be spending 1-2 hours weekly on the event. The weeks directly leading up to the event require 5-10 hours of work per week. We don't want to scare you with this information, but we want you to be aware of what you're committing to!
Please refer to irvinetalks.com
for more details on each position, located under the "join irvine talks" tab. Applications will close on May 15 at 6pm. The Interview Schedule will be released the following day.
Interviews will be held in-person May 17th-18th. Zoom accommodations will be made for applicants that can absolutely not make it. Please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org
with any questions.
Thank you for your interest in our ongoing pursuit to share those untold stories. Irvine Talks continues to change lives because people like you understand the value of human connection. Six years of celebrating vulnerability have proven to change our community in so many different ways, and it's time to turn the page to our next chapter: Chapter VII.
See you soon,
Irvine Talks Ch. VI President
