Each session has a different theme such as -
30th August – Volleys6th September – Attacking Short from Mid-Court13th September – Serving and Return of Serve20th September – Attacking from the Front of the Court27th September – Squash Specific Fitness4th October – Back Corner Development
All you will need is comfortable, athletic clothing and a pair of clean trainers (preferably with non-marking soles). Rackets will be provided if needed.
Block book - If you pay in advance we'll offer a special discounted price of £15 for a 6 week block. This includes a trial club membership and completely FREE court use at any other time during the 6 weeks.
