We care for our Idaho Pasture Pigs following USDA organic certification standards, raise them on green meadows, local and organic feed, and tons (quite literally) of fruit and veggie seconds.

The only way to guarantee availability is to pre-order a portion.
Quarters, halves, and whole pigs are available - a $100 deposit is required for each 1/4 pig. One quarter typically weighs around 30 lbs.

Final costs after processing are typically $7.10/lb.
Estimated final costs: Quarter ~ $200-240, Half ~ $400-480, Whole ~ $800-960

All cuts are vacuum sealed and frozen. Each quarter includes:
- hams
- chops
- steaks
- roasts
- bacon
- ground
- hocks
- spare ribs
- soup bones
- option of lard

Orders will be ready in mid-December. We will contact you to arrange pick-up/delivery, to note your cut preferences prior to processing, and to let you know the final cost for your portion.
