9 AM - leave Central Square Church, 5 Magazine Street (gather in lounge for carpooling)
10 AM - Meet at Still on Main mini-mall, 250 Main Street Pawtucket, RI 02860
12 PM - Break for lunch in the area
2 PM - Leave Pawtucket
What is Traction?
Traction is a network of individuals of Christian faith building relationships across socially prescribed boundaries, sharing their lives and resources. Traction founder, Leslie Moore and others are applying this model of resource sharing to build what is currently known as the Black Block in downtown Pawtucket, RI.
The Black Block is a hub of black owned real estate with a concentration of black owned business ventures and expressions of African-American culture. Learn more
here. The Black Block currently consists of a mini-mall, indoor park, housing, and properties that are still being developed.
