Huron ISD Build Up (previously Project Find)/Early On Referral Form
To make a referral, complete the information below and click on 'Submit'.  A confirmation message of the referral will show on your screen and a staff member will contact you.

If you have any supporting documentation, i.e. physician's health appraisal, evaluation results, etc., please email to Nicole Lesperance, indicating that they are for a referral, or fax to her attention at (989) 269-3403. 

The Huron Intermediate School District's Early On and Build Up (previously Project Find) programs gladly accept referrals for infants, toddlers, and​ preschoolers who reside in any of the HISD's local school districts.

A free evaluation will be offered to identify any condition that may prevent a young person from learning.

For those who qualify, the HISD will find educational services to help the child develop and learn.
