BE AWARE: If this cut sheet is not submitted prior to the harvest date, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your requested organs. PLEASE, let your grower know if you would like your organs so that they can be saved at the time of harvest.
With the purchase of a 1/4 beef, due to availability of certain cuts, you may not receive everything that you select.
*This symbol will indicate our Butcher's suggestion throughout your cut sheet. You may always choose different cuts, but if you are unsure what to choose, look for the asterisk.
Our standard specifications:
Unless otherwise noted in the special instructions at the end of this form, this is how your cuts will be prepared:
- Steaks will be cut to 1"
- Roasts will be cut to 3-4 lbs
- Tenderloin Filets will be cut to 1 1/2"
- Regular ground beef blend is approximately 85/15 to 80/20
- All Additional sausage, snack sticks and jerky will incur additional charges.
