Equipment Rental Process
1. Complete Reservation form and Receive Confirmation via email.
2. Arrive at the OEC on your gear pick up date and be ready with your UDID and Payment.
3. Expect the checkout process to take a little time. We will set up tents, demonstrate stove operations, and review your equipment to ensure all parts are present and that you know how to use and care for the equipment.
4. Enjoy your trip and stay safe out there!
5. Clean and dry all rental items and return them in the condition you received them. Tents may be returned wet, but clean. All sleeping bags will be washed upon return.
6. At equipment return staff will check equipment condition and alert you to any cleaning or gear repair charges immediately. If you are unable to return gear during open OEC hours, please email
udcroutdoor@udayton.edu and we will make accommodations so that you can return it to the OEC at a more preferable time.
