The alternate exam request form is no longer available to request an alternate time for Exam 3. If you need to change the time of your exam, please contact your instructor.
We do not plan to open the form to request alternate times for Exam 4. If you need to reschedule Exam 4, please contact your instructor. According to University Senate rules, requests to reschedule the exam should be submitted two weeks in advance of an exam.
