University of Maine System - Potential Supplier Registration Form
Suppliers interested in doing business with the University should fill in and submit this Potential Supplier Registration Form. Once reviewed and approved, your company will be added to lists of potential bidders for the commodity categories that you indicate in the form.

This service on the part of the University does not replace the University's obligation to publicly post or legally advertise solicitations nor does it relieve providers of goods and services of the obligations to monitor those official notices.

Completion of the form does not constitute a guarantee on the part of the University to solicit bids for selected commodities. Bid list selection is at the discretion of the University Strategic Procurement staff.  Suppliers are encouraged to regularly review the University Bids web page for open bid opportunities at http://www.maine.edu/strategic-procurement/upcoming-bids/
