Businesses will be accepted for vending if the offering is a fermented product, the recipe includes a fermented product or is created for a fermenting process, or businesses that offer tools that aid in the fermentation process. The vendor area includes 25 outside booths under a shaded area and nine alcoholic vendors. We do ask each vendor to provide signage (and chair if desired). Vendors need to supply a 10' x 10' pop-up tent if their assigned space is not in shaded area. Vendors are required to provide samples of their product for 750 attendees throughout the event. Please plan to supply your own tasting spoons and plates or cups. Attendees will receive a drinking glass with their paid ticket for tasting liquid offerings.
There is a $35 vendor fee which covers permitting with Environmental Health and Alcohol & Gaming. All vendors must be set up by 10:30am on June 24 and remain set up until 5pm.
