To reserve a booth for your organization to participate in the Outreach Area for the Minneapolis Arbor Day Celebration, please complete this form by April 12th, 2019. Questions about the event or the outreach area can be directed to Valerie McClannahan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Outreach booths will be in the family friendly beer garden, so that you can take part in as much fun as you would like! The space available is a 10 ft x 10 ft. We are unable to provide tents or chairs, but we will provide tables upon request. Please bring any additional materials you feel you will need for the afternoon. We recommend that you think about your display and space in advance to showcase your organization and we encourage you to be as interactive as possible.
Updates will be provided periodically as we get closer to the date. Future information you will receive includes a map of the space showing you where the outreach area is, parking, and drop-off sites. Once registered, you will be notified a few days in advance of when social media posts will be made about your organization.
