CancerCon 2020 Survivor Scholarship Application
The CancerCon 2020 scholarship program was created to further Stupid Cancer’s mission of ending isolation and promoting diversity within the CancerCon community. This year we are offering a limited amount of need-based survivor scholarships. There are four types of scholarships available (details below).

To be eligible, applicants must meet all of the below requirement criteria:

**Cancer Survivor or Patient
**Between the ages of 15-39
**Has not attended a previous CancerCon
**Would be unable to attend without financial assistance

If you plan to apply for a scholarship, please do not register for CancerCon. Any scholarship applicants that register for the conference will be disqualified from consideration.

Applications are due January 8, 2020 and will be awarded by January 24, 2020.
If additional scholarship funds are raised, a second round of applications will open in February. Applicants that submitted in the first round will be automatically considered for additional rounds.

You may be contacted for additional information after your application has been received.
