Travel Reimbursement Form

This form is to be used to request reimbursement for any travel costs as per the Division of Chemical Education Travel Policy.

The per diem allowance for meals and incidentals changes each year, and depends on the meeting city. For the 2019 Spring meeting in Orlando, meal allowances are:
Breakfast $16 Lunch $17 Dinner $28 Incidentals (tips, etc.) $5
Reminder: Board of Publication and Board of Trustees provide breakfast for their members on Saturday morning.
