WER 2025 Media Credential Application

Thank you for your interest in covering Women's Elite Rugby! Please note submitting an application is a request, not a guarantee of credential approval. Each member of the media must apply individually —applications on behalf of an organization will not be accepted. A full calendar of matches is available at:

An approved credential will act as a league-wide credential, allowing individual media members access to attend and cover any WER game or practice across the country during the inaugural 2025 season, including the postseason. 

Approval & Notification Process:

Media credential applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis:

If your application is approved, you will receive an email from our PR team (wer@lindarothpr.com). WER reserves the right to revoke media access at any time if match guidelines and press protocols are not followed.

Qualifications:  

WER reserves the right to approve or deny media credential requests based on the following criteria:

  • Media are defined as working journalists, demonstrating an acceptable job role, who are on assignment for a specific media outlet.

  • Media maintains a current website updated on a regular basis, at least weekly.

  • Personal, non-commercial, or enthusiast websites do not qualify.

  • Acceptable job roles include editors, reporters, and technical professionals that are directly related to the production of an on-site news project.

  • Marketing, sales, and technical titles are not acceptable.

All persons attending a WER team game or practice must complete a liability waiver. You will not be able to enter the field without a waiver on file. Please download the waiver HERE and send your completed form to legal@womenseliterugby.us. If you cannot access this link please email wer@lindarothpr.com to receive the form.
