2025 Volunteer Staff Registration
Please fill out the information below to apply as a volunteer staff member at Volume 1 of Once Upon a Con, happening August 14th - 17th, 2025! Once Upon a Con takes a tremendous effort from staff and volunteers to make happen. For working 20 hours at the convention, you will receive the following perks: 
  • Free badge to the convention 
  • Masquerade ticket for Friday or Saturday night 
  • Meals during the weekend 
  • Staff Special Edition Swag
  • Crash Space
