GivingTuesday is a day when thousands of people join together to bring attention to the work and worth of nonprofits. EPIC Homeschool Network is partnering with Meals on Wheels to host an #EPICGivingTuesday Write On Party.  Our goal is to write 460 letters for senior citizens on that day so Meals on Wheels can include them in the boxed meals that they provide to them.  It's a big goal but if we get all homeschoolers involved this goal can be reached.  Let us know if you will make a pledge to write on for senior citizens and join us live on Tuesday, December 1 from 2pm to 4pm ET (link will be emailed 3 days before the event)

Materials You'll Need:

A card, postcard, or piece of paper for the letter
1 Blank Envelope
Pen
Markers
Please note that you supply all these materials.

Things to keep in mind when you write your note or letters filled with positive thoughts, poems, stories, or words of encouragement:

Keep it short and simple.
Do not seal the envelope.
Be mindful of the size of your handwriting. Bigger is better.  

When you are finished, drop them off at the Children’s Department at the South Cobb Regional Library located at 805 Clay Road, Mableton, GA, OR mail them to EPIC Homeschool Network at P.O. Box 323, Austell, GA 30168.
