Semester Level Verification Form

This form should only be completed if you believe that your anticipated semester level for Fall 2017, as listed by the Office of Residential Life prior to Housing Lottery for Spring 2017, does not reflect pending credits due to transferring or study abroad. Once submitted, the Office of Residential Life will contact the Dean of the College to confirm your expected semester level for September 2017. The Dean of the College will not need to contact us directly as we will provide them with one complete list as needed. If a different expected semester level is confirmed, your semester level will be adjusted prior to the generation of individual priority numbers for the Housing Lottery. The deadline to turn in this form is Friday February 17, 2016.
