Throughout the season, to promote the club and athletes, we will at times publish photos on our website or social media accounts to may include your athlete. To provide consent to this sharing, we have developed the below photo consent.

I hereby grant the Eagles Basketball Club, the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute, and create derivative works of the photographed and/or filmed images of my child, taken for use in connection with the activities of the Club or for promoting, publicizing, or explaining the Club or its activities.

These images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now available to the Club and that may be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, and electronic/online media.
