M+R is a company that helps its nonprofit clients with marketing, fundraising, campaigns, and communications to better assist those nonprofits in reaching their goals and fulfilling their missions.  As part of the services it offers, M+R helps its clients identify people who might be interested in their missions and in making donations.

To do this, we collect limited information from our clients about their donor base, and compare that information across the information provided by all of our clients.  We then provide our clients with information about their donors and potential donors that may be interested in their missions and in making donations.  Under various U.S. state laws, this use and disclosure of personal information could be considered a “sale” for which M+R provides opt out rights under applicable law.
