UPDATE (5/14/2026): SUBMISSIONS & GUEST INTEREST
Season 4 of Grief and Light™ is winding down, with pre-recorded episodes airing over the coming weeks. We are not currently scheduling new recordings for this season.
We're thrilled that a recent call for guests on social media received hundreds of responses! A reflection of just how many people are doing meaningful work in the grief space, and how much that work matters. Because of that incredible volume, we are only able to invite a limited number of guests whose stories and work closely align with our mission of fostering a more grief-informed, hopeful world. One that honors complexity, nuance, and the lived experience of loss.
Nina reviews every submission personally and with care. That takes time, and we appreciate your patience.
We anticipate beginning Season 5 recordings in mid-to-late summer and will continue reviewing submissions with that timeline in mind.

ABOUT GRIEF AND LIGHT
Grief and Light™is a heartfelt exploration of grief, love, resilience, post-traumatic growth, and what it means to keep living after life-altering loss.
Created by Nina Rodriguez following the sudden passing of her brother and only sibling, Yosef, the podcast has grown into a trusted space for honest conversation, grief literacy, and collective meaning-making, reminding us that grief is not something to fix, but something to tend.
