Assalamu’alaikum! If you are interested in tabling at Nueces Mosque during Jummah, Ramadan, or an event, please complete this form with the required information.

Please note:
⁃ Tabling requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to requested date
⁃ Tabling requests will be provided on a first come, first serve basis
⁃ You will be contacted within 1 week of completing this form
⁃ Provided: 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided and set up by the front gate of the mosque
⁃ Tabling will occur outside of the mosque (near the front entrance)
⁃ There may be up to 3 organizations tabling during your time slot
