A trio is a group of three Regent friends who would like to journey together in spiritual friendship. Trios meet either online or in person at a place and time of your choice.

As a trio, you commit to:

Meeting for one hour, once a week - for cultivating friendship and a space for prayer
Daily prayer - either morning, midday, or evening, using any format or resources that are meaningful to you
Weekly sabbath - a 24 hour period of rest

Please fill out the form below to let us know who you plan to be in a trio with or if you would like assistance from the Dean of Students team in forming a trio. Trios are designed for current students, staff, and faculty of Regent College.

New students: we invite you to take the first few weeks to get to know others in the community before deciding on who you might like to form a trio with.
