TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VENDORS 

VENDOR FEES
Exclusive Vendor Fee: A fee of 60,000 Naira is required to be the only vendor selling a specific category of items.
Shared Vendor Fee: While there's no shared space  for this edition, we can allow two vendors selling similar items can come together to get a stand. 

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
For every vendor that has been accepted, they'll have exclusive right to sell whatever we have approved for them to sell. Vendors can only come with maximum of 3 sales assistants. Additional assistants will attract extra fees which can be paid for at the time of booking.

VENDOR CATEGORIES
Vendors must specify the category of items they intend to sell.
Categories/items must be approved by the event organizer to avoid conflicts. In the case of a vendor selling an unapproved item, the organizers reserved the right to tell vendors to remove such items from the venue and/or remove such vendor from the event without refund.

PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment must be made at the time of registration to secure a spot.
Payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

SETUP
Vendors may begin setup at 8am on the day of the event.
All vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 am.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup.

DRESSING POLICY
All vendors and their sales assistants MUST comply with the event's dress code (Traditional Yoruba Attires).

VENDOR SPACE
Each vendor will be allocated a space with two table and four chairs.
Vendors requesting extra tables or chairs will incur additional fee.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining their space in a clean, secure and orderly manner.
Any damage to the venue caused by the vendor will be the vendor’s responsibility.

COMPLIANCE AND CONDUCT
Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Any form of misconduct or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

LIABILITY
The event organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.

MARKETING AND PROMOTION
Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in the event.
The event organizer will also promote the event and will include vendor information in promotional materials.
ONLY VENDORS that complete payment by November 10 will qualify to collaborate with the content team for video promotional materials that highlight their business. Late payments will result in forfeiture of this promotional opportunity.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, vendors will receive a full refund.
If a vendor cancels, no refunds will be issued.

HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS
Vendors must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the organizer.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products meet all health and safety standards.
