LCUP is open for physical transactions during Level 1 ALERT LEVEL SYSTEM FOR COVID-19 RESPONSE IN CENTRAL LUZON. However, the following minimum health standards should be observed:

1. All guests are required to fill-out the LCUP Covid 19 Screening Questionnaire upon entering the campus premises.  The Health Services Unit has the authority to approve or deny entry to the campus-based on the answers stipulated in the questionnaire.
2.    Persons exhibiting flu-like symptoms or are exposed to persons with CoViD-like symptoms are not allowed to enter the campus premises.
3. Persons aged 17 and below and 65 and above are not allowed to enter the campus premises.
4. Temperature screening is required  before entering the campus premises.
5. No face shield and no face mask, no entry policy will be strictly implemented.

Cut-off :  This is a first come first serve basis. ONLY 15 WALK-IN CLIENTS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE MORNING AND 15 WALK-IN CLIENTS IN THE AFTERNOON.

REGULAR TRANSACTION/S ARE BASED ON APPOINTMENT/SCHEDULE.
