Teachers' CPD Booking Form  'METAMORPHOSIS' Frantic Assembly 

Fill in this form to apply for a space at our A FREE two hour teachers' CPD workshop - 5-7pm Tues 09 Jan '24 run by Frantic Assembly which recreates exercises used in the Metamorphosis rehearsal room and leaves you with a tool box of exercises which you can apply directly in your classroom. 

The Lyric Hammersmith Theatre is committed to subsidising access to wrap around activity for state schools and teachers in the 10 boroughs of West London.

  • Location: Lyric Studio Theatre, Lyric Theatre Hammersmith (Lyric Square, King Street, London W6 0QL). 

Note:

  • First come; first served + a waiting list.
  • We require a £5 refundable deposit required to hold your place. 
  • We can accommodate up to 24 teachers.
  • Spaces are awarded on a first come, first served.
  • Light refreshments will be provided.
