Where do bike rodeos happen?
Rodeos occur at our Park Hill Bikes Together location
(2825 Fairfax, Denver, CO)
What is a bike rodeo?
A rodeo is a 90 minute class where children, ages 3-13, receive a free, refurbished bike as well as a new helmet and lock. Parents must be present for the class as well. Families will learn about bike safety and bike maintenance. At the end of the class, kids will take their bikes home! Youth who go through the program are allowed to ‘trade up’ their bike for another refurbished bicycle when they have outgrown their bicycle until they are 13 years old.
**CHILDREN WILL ONLY RECEIVE A BIKE IF THEIR PARENT/GUARDIAN IS IN ATTENDANCE AT THE RODEO WITH THEM.
Who are rodeos for?
Children ages 3-13 who would not otherwise have access to a working bicycle.
